BACKGROUND: A commercial building renovation is proposed at 300 Abraham Avenue. The proposed Easement Agreement includes the following:
- Abraham Avenue –
- Existing façade elements
- Proposed metal coping on existing parapet to protrude 8 inches.
- Proposed brick rowlock sill to protrude 3.5 inches at an approximate height of 19 feet 3 inches above the sidewalk.
- Proposed 8 gooseneck wall sconces to protrude 2 feet 8 inches at an approximate height of 15 feet 3 inches at the highest point and 13 feet 4 inches at the lowest.
- Proposed 1 inch x 6 inch cementitious trim and paneling to protrude 1.5 inches at an approximate maximum height of 13 feet and an approximate minimum height of 10 feet 2 inches.
- Proposed 4 stucco piers to protrude 3.25 inches
OPTIONS: Approve or deny the recording agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the agreement.
ESTIMATED PROJECT SCHEDULE: Upon execution of the proposed Easement Agreement, project building permits can be finalized.
