Animal Welfare
Learn about our efforts to promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare, including pet adoption services, spaying and neutering programs, and vaccination clinics.
Animal Control
Discover how we respond to animal-related complaints, including loose or aggressive animals, wildlife concerns, and issues related to noise or pet ownership violations.
Lost & Found
If you’ve lost or found a pet, our service can help reunite families with their furry friends through our lost and found pet registry and shelter services.

Ordinances & State Laws
The City of Baker Springs requires all cats and dogs to be registered with the city. Additionally, they must also receive an annual rabies vaccine and corresponding tag through the Baker Springs Animal Center or other veterinarian offices.
Animal Control
Stray or found animals may be dropped off at the Baker Springs Animal Center. In addition, Animal Control may be contacted for questions at 555-555-5555.
Wildlife
The Tennessee Wildlife Resources agency handles matters in which wildlife are sick or injured, or in which they may pose a risk to the public. The TWRA may be contacted at 1-800-332-0900.
Dead Animals
Dead animal pickup is conducted by the city road services. An animal must be within the paved portion of a road in order to be picked up. Dead animals can be reported for pickup at 555-555-5555.
